Glasgow (GL0205)
This position is not currently available.
A tutor is required immediately to work with a 15-year-old boy in Glasgow. He needs help to make up lost ground and prepare for his exams this summer. The appointment will be for approximately 10 weeks, until all his exams are completed.

The current plan is for the student to be prepared for credit level exams in Maths, English, Economics, Computing/IT and History – these are essential to his future educational ambitions. If the tutor can also help with French, Physics and Chemistry, this would be an advantage.

Application deadline: Tuesday, May 1, 2012

Schedule

The boy will be withdrawn from school for the entire period prior to the exams to allow for maximum input from the tutor, and will be expected to work a minimum of 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. These hours may be extended as the exams approach, and as the Tutor develops an understanding the boy’s strengths and weaknesses.
