This is a long-term, university-level role for an academically outstanding and professionally qualified civil or structural engineer to help support a gifted architectural-engineering student entering her second year at a top London university. The role requires not only subject expertise in civil or structural engineering, or a closely related field, but also a strong mentoring presence and stable personal character. The successful candidate will offer tailored academic guidance, help cultivate professional opportunities, and provide a warm, grounded, and culturally rich environment that complements the student’s creative, academic, and personal development throughout her degree.

Singapore

SGP 0525
A long-term, full-time, residential role, based initially in Singapore, is available for a highly adaptable and proactive Tutor to support two boys (ages 12 and 8) in their academic development and wider personal growth. The family seeks a male Tutor who can serve as a positive role model while delivering academic support in a flexible and dynamic environment. The Tutor must also be prepared to assist the boys’ mother, who travels extensively for work, by enabling her to occasionally bring the children with her when travel coincides with school holidays. There is the possibility that the role may later relocate to Oxford, Switzerland, or elsewhere, depending on schooling decisions. A candidate who can offer consistency through these transitions and support the children across a wide range of educational and extracurricular scenarios is essential.

A busy, multilingual family seeks an exceptional rotation Tutor to work with their two young boys who are 7 and 6 years old. English will serve as the core language. Proficiency in Italian, French and German is also desirable. The family are involved in motor sports, art and equestrian sports at a very high level and are passionate about all aspects of these. Their dynamic lifestyle involves frequent travel across Europe, occasional visits to the Middle East, and the US, requiring an adaptable, patient, dynamic, and open-minded individual.

Miami, Florence & London

A long-term, highly skilled tutor is sought to provide tuition to a British family who will be living between Miami (USA), Florence (Italy) and London (England). The role can start either in early September 2025 in London or early January 2026 in Miami and could potentially continue for several years. The Tutor must be adaptable, engaging and enthusiastic. They should have a solid grasp of French and a solid grounding in music. Additional languages – particularly Italian – will be looked upon favourably.

The family is seeking a full-time science/math Tutor to provide a challenging and engaging STEM-focused education for their three children — the eldest daughter is 12 and entering 6th grade, the middle daughter is 10 and entering 4th grade, and the youngest is 7 and entering 2nd grade — while they travel extensively over the next year. The Tutor will be responsible for delivering a rigorous and accredited curriculum in mathematics, science, and technology, ensuring that each child remains academically competitive while integrating experiential, hands-on learning opportunities from their travels. The role requires a highly adaptable, organized, and dynamic educator who can maintain strong academic standards, cultivate curiosity, and tailor lessons to each child’s strengths and needs.

The family is seeking a highly adaptable and engaging humanities Tutor to deliver a full-time, tailored education to their three children - the eldest daughter is 12 and entering 6th grade, the second daughter is 10 and entering 4th grade, and the youngest son is 7 and entering 2nd grade. The family plans to travel extensively for the next year, requiring a tutor who can seamlessly integrate a rigorous and accredited curriculum with experiential, travel-based learning. The Humanities Tutor will be responsible for teaching subjects including English language and literature, history, social studies, and any additional humanities-related subjects suited to the children’s abilities and interests.

Florida & Pennsylvania

The role, commencing September 2025 and potentially lasting for several years, may involve some travel, but will predominantly take place in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Lake Garda

The family is seeking a full-time, live-in private Tutor to educate their son who has just turned 10. As a highly competitive karting driver, the young man's intensive training and race schedule have made traditional schooling unfeasible, leading to significant gaps in his education and growing anxiety about academic performance. The Tutor will provide a structured, yet flexible homeschooling program tailored to the student's needs, ensuring he regains confidence in learning while accommodating his sporting commitments. Additionally, the Tutor will provide one day per week of instruction for his younger sister, to support her schooling alongside her gymnastics training. The role, based in Brescia, Italy, will start in September 2025.
