London, UK (LON-1109)
This position is not currently available.
A Tutor is required to work in the evenings after school and perhaps occasionally at the weekend, mainly with one child preparing for Common Entrance on March 1st, 2010. This position will go from the week of January 10th to the beginning of March 2010.
Application deadline: Tuesday, May 1, 2012

Role of the Tutor

The tutoring will consist of helping a 12 year old student with her Common Entrance. She requires more review and practise in Maths than the school is providing in order to entrench the material solidly. In addition, reviews and revising for her Mid-Year exams in February will enable her to prepare well for the exams on March 1st, which will mean work in a variety of subjects.

The position will suit a Tutor with considerable experience and an excellent track record in preparing young people for this exam.

Hours

It is anticipated that the Tutor will work for up to 4 hours per week. This will probably be on the basis of 1-1.5 hours after school three times a week.

Accommodation and Travel

No accommodation is included in this contract.

Compensation for travel is included in the hourly rate.
